How to Fill in your Profile
Bernie has created a business account profile for each BNI member, in every chapter, across North Queensland. Your optimised business profile is a powerful tool for your business, enhancing your business visibility and credibility. Your listing is not just for other BNI members, it is a powerful marketing tool in general. BNI North Queensland will become the go to online resource for consumers throughout our region as Google will be prioritising this when people search for your services locally.
Step1. Select LOG IN which can be found in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Step 2. Log in with your Username and Password – which can be found in the original email sent out.
If you cannot find the email you can reset your password by clicking here or request it to be reissued by emailing website@strategicmediapartners.com.au
Step 3. Once you log in you will see your member dashboard. From here you can update your business profile & Services, Update your business representatives and view the Business Directory as well as the BNI Resources.
Step 4. Select the Update Business Profile Tile
You will see a list of your current Business Profile. If you have not filled in your profile you will only see your Business Name & Email prepopulated
Step 5. Fill out the fields as required.
We will go into the fields in more detail in the next steps, but the team at Strategic Media Partners have ensured the process is streamlined, allowing you to get your business online and exposed to potential clients in a snap.
Step 6.
Business Name
This is the name of your Business as submitted on your BNI Application
This field is not user editable. To request an update to your business name email Bernie Hock directly.
Business Phone
Phone No Associated with your Business
Email
The main business email. You can manage individual email addresses in the Manage representative Section of the dashboard.
Do you offer your services from a physical location?
Either Select Yes or No.
Depending on your selection you will see Registered Business Address.
Type in your businesses Physical Location where customers can pop in and say hi or shop with you.
Step 7. Fill in your Business Bio. This will displayed on your BNI NQ Profile and will be what other BNI Members, and prospective clients will read.
Step 8. Services / Specialties
Here you can list a wide range of services/specialities offered by the business (not just your primary service), then click the little plus ( + ) to add another field for the next service. Words added in this section become keyword searchable.

The link to your LinkedIn Business Profile
Step 10.
Upload Business Logo
Here you can place your business Logo. Ensure that the logo is no less than 500px wide to avoid blurry or pixelation.
Upload Business Cover Photo
This is the large cover photo that sits behind your logo on your BNI NQ Profile. It is not the BNI Representative Profile Photo.
Ensure your cover photo is 1520×320 pixels for the best result.
Step 11. Once you have finished click Submit and you have successfully updated your BNI North Queensland Business Profile!
