As part of my service I can look at your current situation, explain your options and help you decide what is going to be best for your personal circumstance, even if that means not buying today and waiting a bit longer. I also save you time and headaches by filling in all the necessary paperwork to apply for a loan, I submit the application and follow it through to approval. In addition I also liaise with your Real Estate Agent and/or Conveyancer / Solicitor as necessary helping solve and issues or problems along the way.
