Like you - I'm always looking at ways to stress less. I know that it can be a bit frustrating (and sometimes even a bit scary) when your body is mis-behaving and not operating as well as it should.
As a Naturopath, my main priority is supporting you and getting you feeling better than ever! A lot of my clients come in feeling really overwhelmed and burnout and in need of some TLC. My intention is to always make people feel cared for, and I won’t overwhelm you with heaps of instructions and supplements to take all at once. I break down my treatment plan into manageable phases so you can reach your health goals with more ease and less stress.
I also offer Remedial Massage. In my sessions, I use firm pressure and combine different deep tissue and myofascial techniques to help stretch out the muscle and provide relief from pain.
Are you new to Naturopathy? Naturopathy takes a holistic approach to medicine and wellness. This means that as a Naturopath I aim to try and get the full picture of what is really happening within the body in order to get to the underlying causes behind why you may be suffering from health issues. My Approach To Naturopathy I take an evidence-based approach when devising treatment plans for clients who may have either acute or chronic conditions and I only prescribe products and ingredients that have been researched to be of high quality and therapeutically effective to help my clients reach their health goals.
Need a massage? You’ve come to the right place! My massage clients are important to me and I follow up after every new session to check in on their wellbeing, and also recommend some follow up home tips and recommendations on managing their pain.

Which is why a lot of my treatment plans are based around nutrition and diet because I believe that’s how you’re going to get better long-term health benefits.
